Patience of Prophet (PBUH) – Message for the followers.

Tolerance is the main characteristic of one’s personality. Looking all around we observe too much hatred, revenge stories, among people. We have good relationships but no one wants to keep them for long. No more tolerance is left between us. We Muslims only by the name, our character don’t represent it. While studying the life of our beloved Prophet (PBUH) I came across the major personality attributes of him like mercy for everyone, love for his Ummah, calm and patient.

Today I don’t see all these attributes common among us. We say that we have problems in our life which the reason of our toughness in attitude. So let’s discuss the problems of our Prophet’s life who born orphan, his mother left him in his childhood, When signs of Prophet hood started showing people became his enemies. Everyone from his own family and town wanted to kill Him, but he never loses his temper nor takes revenge. He always remained patient and prays for their betterment.

A lady was used to throw garbage at him, didn’t change his way but instead took care of her when she fell sick. Then we have famous Taif event where he wanted to spread Allah’s message and was expecting to get firm response but in return he only got insults and was badly wounded. He prayed from Allah to show them the right path. We have forgotten all the teachings of our Prophet (PBUH) and that’s the only reason of our sufferings. Islam is not about praying and worshiping, it’s about humanity.

Muhammad (PBUH) changed the world because of his mercy, kindness, compromise, tolerance or sacrifice. He was not a rich merchant but lead a simple life without complaining, that is a test of your patience. Being calm doesn’t mean that you are not capable of doing anything but it shows how you respect your own self. I believe the major incidents that happens during Umrah and Hajj are because we lack tolerance.

Very proudly we plan our Umrah Packages but usually we forget all humanly acts during the journey. I would say whenever you wish for Umrah Packages , be patient throughout your journey, follow the restrictions of Ihram, help your fellow pilgrims and be the reason of someone’s smile. Hajj and Umrah Tours requires it, it is necessary to not hurt anyone not physically or by your words.
